Returns & Exchanges
- Can I exchange/return a product that I ordered?
- No, as our products are made to order, no returns/exchanges are accepted
- What are the shipping charges for returns/exchanges?
- The shipping charges for returns/exchanges will be as per the location & weight of the product
Repair
- If I have ordered a product of the wrong size, can you repair the size of my product?
- Yes, we can repair your product to the right size, if you have ordered the wrong size
- However, there will be a repair charge & additional charge for the material used
- Rings
- If the ring size is one up one down, there will be no repair charge
- Otherwise, you will be a repair charge as per actuals
- Ring size changes more than one up one down requires a total redo of the ring
- Bracelets
- Bracelet sizes can be increased by 0.5 inch by adding extenders
- If the size required is larger than 0.5 inch, a total redo of the piece will be required
Shipping
- How long will my order take to arrive?
- Order processing takes 2 business days & 7-10 business days to deliver your order
- Where do you ship?
- We currently ship to all zip codes in India
- From July 1st 2023, we will be shipping to USA & UK also
- We offer free local shipping to customers in Mumbai
- How do I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
- Yes, you can change your shipping address after your order is placed
- Please notify us by email within 3 business days of placing your order to change your shipping address
- Is my Sunayana Designs order insured?
- We have a basic insure shipping policy
- It is our responsibility, until the product reaches your destination
- Once the product is delivered, our insurance policy expires
- We have a transit insurance policy
- What does my parcel include?
- Your Petite Kids jewelry comes with gift packaging
- Our other jewelry comes in our regular packaging

- Can I update my order after it is placed?
- Yes, you can update your order within 2 business days of placing your order by contacting us by email
- Can I cancel my order after it is placed?
- No, orders once placed cannot be canceled

- All jewelry on our website is either 18 Kt or 14 Kt Gold
- Can I get a certificate of authenticity?
- Yes, you will receive an authenticity certificate along with you order
- Is your jewelry hallmarked?
- Yes, all of our jewelry is BIS hallmarked
- Our jewelry that is below 2 grams is not hallmarked because it is not a required BIS Standard

- Our standard bracelet size is 5 inches with 0.5 inches extender & a spring lock for Petite Kids bracelets
- Our standard bracelet size is 7 inches with 0.5 inches extender & a spring lock for women's bracelets
- Necklace Sizes
- Our standard necklace size is 13.5 inches chain with 0.5 inch extender & a spring lock
